Truly embracing our culture of Native Hospitality (I.e. taking care of those close to us), the networking specialists role is to expand our brand to various markets and clientele by utilizing their unique skills to create strong bonds and professional relationships. As a networking specialist you are a representative for our cause.
Must be personable, outgoing, and possess great communication skills
Sales/Customer service experience preferred
High School Diploma or higher, some College preferred.
Great Organization Skills
Cooperate with the sales team to develop and execute company procedures.
Ensure that your team meets weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
Understand the benefits of the products and services offered by our company, and fluently articulate those benefits to customers.
Maintain a high client retention rate through proper training, emphasizing quality customer service, client visits and cold calling techniques.
Track daily sales using company-provided software, and prepare and present weekly sales reports.
Utilize professional networks to improve relationships with current customers and reach out to new prospects.
Attend Sponsored Events provided by the company & our affiliates.
Create and develop a networking log of potential leads.
